I can truly say that I have never worked with anyone who was more of a delight to work with than Sam Moore! With all of my busy-ness, I haven’t had time to thank you for the excellent work you did replacing my old, worn-out lap top computer this past January. You provided me with very valuable service in finding my first computer that would serve my needs back in 2004. All I had to do was tell you what I wanted to use the computer for, and you went to work, with no effort on my part, to find me exactly what I needed in terms of a lap top computer and a printer. Some time in 2007, my printer malfunctioned, and you took the least-cost approach in replacing that printer with a new one which I have been very satisfied with. So it was with no reservations, that, when my lap top computer started making funny noises, I called you for help.
You came to my residence on January 17, 2011 and looked at my old computer. You gave me the choice of either having you repair it, or to buy a new one. You stated that it would be more cost effective to buy a new one. Not knowing anything about purchasing computers, I relied on your expertise, and let you go shopping for me. I wanted a desktop computer this time, and you found exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price. You also helped me in finding a lap top computer for a friend of mine at the same time. You delivered both computers on Sunday January 23, 2011, and, in less than 2 hours, both computers were completely operational and ready for use. I have been extremely pleased with the computer you chose for me. In addition, you followed up by phone and e-mail to enquire about how each computer was working and if I, and my friend, were pleased with each computer.
Sam, I haven’t said thank you in quite a while for all the work you’ve done for me in keeping my computers going and finding the new computer for me. In addition, you’re always available for a phone call when I can’t get the computer to perform a certain task, and your advice and help are always right on time – and correct! Sam has never let me down, not when I have made an official appointment and not in a pinch. He has increased my knowledge of the computer and does work on parts of it that I would rather not be involved in. He has come to my house and worked in chaos with numerous animals and not said a word. He is a friend, but also a total professional.
