IT Services: $100/hour (on-site, off-site, remote, email, phone, text, video, carrier pigeon)
1-hour minimum for on-site service
We do not and never will assess a fuel surcharge.
We do not mark up parts and equipment. Our cost is your price.
Unplanned services outside of business hours (9AM – 9PM daily) are $140 per hour.
eLearning Production: Generally $125 per minute of playback for 1-4 modules
Project scope (including complexity and number of modules) determines rate.
