Very simply, we take care of you by addressing your computer technology needs. Our services are broad and varied because our clients are as diverse in their needs as they are in walks of life.

We address small business and residential needs, either directly providing service or coordinating service with other providers.

Our full-service philosophy means we take care of you. We are professionals. We will meet your needs and solve your problems. If you want to participate in the process, we welcome opportunities to involve you while we work. If you just want it done, we will complete our work, involving you as minimally as possible.

We service computers and computer-related equipment. We assess new equipment needs and recommend solutions. We acquire, configure and install new equipment. General and specific training on PCs, applications and other hardware are also available. Creating personal and business websites and email solutions are among our offerings. We design forms and other documents, coordinate production of logos and graphics, and design promotional materials.

If you have a need involving computer technology, let us know and we will address it or attempt to refer you to someone who can. We’d like to have a business relationship with you, but if we’re not a good fit at the moment, we still want to help you.

We provide on-site service in North Carolina to Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Burlington and surrounding communities. Some services are available to non-local clients. Please inquire as to how we can help you. We’d like the opportunity to give you the customer service you deserve.

Our rates are simple: 15-minute blocks at $20 per block. A minimum of one hour is charged for on-site services. Phone support is offered for existing clients. Equipment and parts are billed at the exact same price we pay. Services are available daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. On-site services and phone support rendered outside of these hours are $35 per block. Contract services are available.
